Hi, I am Cristina
My purpose is to help you unbox your blockages, dreams and strategies through conversations that are both challenging, maybe even uncomfortable, connecting you to your inspiration.
I use tools like solution-focused coaching, training, mentoring, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and energy work, but also very practical business tools and consulting, design thinking and business models canvases. My main differentiator is being eclectic and adapting tools and styles to each client.
I coach the person, not the problem.
